- CSWC international body - for competitors in the CSWC Australian Final, certain registration details are required to be submitted to the Cigar Smoking World Championship international organisation for official qualifying purposes. You will be informed of this at the time of registration.
- Legal requirements - we may disclose your information where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
- Event co-organisers - where events are co-hosted or held at a venue requiring guest information for security or operational purposes, limited information may be shared with those parties on a need-to-know basis.
6. Photography and Recording at Events
Our events may be photographed and/or filmed for promotional, editorial, and social media purposes. By attending a Festival of the Leaf event, you acknowledge that photographs or recordings may be taken in which you may appear.
